Smore Brownie Bars



 
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 package of graham crackers
1/3 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Brownie mix for a 13x9 baking dish

1-2 cups of mini marshmallows

Instructions:
  In a food processor, process graham crackers until you have fine crumbs. Add in sugar, mix well. Add butter and mix well. Press crust mixture in to the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish that has been lined with foil and sprayed. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

 While crust is baking, mix up brownie mix according to package. When crust comes out of oven, immediately pour batter over crust making sure it is completely covered. Bake according to package times.

 Remove brownies from oven and pour marshmallows over top in even layer. Put brownies back in oven with broiler on. Remove as soon as marshmallows brown.

 Let cool completely then cut into 24 bars. (Hint: spray knife with cooking spray to prevent marshmallows from sticking.)
